Product delivery 

Products are delivered to the address given by the Client when the contract is made. 

The delivery costs quoted to the Client prior to accepting the order on the website,, are at the cost of the Client.

Risks for the products ordered are transferred to the Client on reception of the order.

Except force majeure, the products will be delivered within (four) 4 to (nine) 9 working days from the effective payment of the price corresponding to each order validated by the Customer. Specific deadlines of (two) 2 to (three) 3 weeks may be applied to certain items. The deadlines are notified on each product sheet.

G2M may divide an order into several shipments depending on the availability of products. In this case, G2M will inform the Client by e-mail. 

Any modification to an order that is in the process of being completed, and accepted by the G2M, will lead to an extension of delivery times.

The Client is required to check the state of the packaging as well as the products on delivery.

It is up to the Client to state any reservations or complaints that they deem necessary, even refusing the package, if they have identified an anomaly such as a damaged package or packaging, or a missing product from the documents attached to the delivery, etc.

The Client must ensure that the products delivered correspond to the order. If the products do not conform to the specifications on the delivery slip either in terms of nature or quality, the Client must inform customer services at G2M using the following address [email protected]
