A question?

  • I want to delete my account. What should I do?
    You may request to delete your customer account at any time. You can send your request by email to [email protected] or by the contact form, stating your name / first name / email address. Your inquiry will be handled by our customer team promptly.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

  • What are usual delivery times?
    Your orders are prepared and dispatched in 2 to 9 working days for pieces that are in stock. 
Engraved pieces of jewellery, special orders and jewellery requiring additional manufacturing periods are dispatched in 2 to 3 weeks. 
Delivery times for each piece of jewellery are detailed under the "Add to your basket" button.
  • Delivery in Europe? Abroad?
    We ship our products all over the world. We recommend simulating an order to know the specific shipping costs for the country desired. If it isn't on the list, you can contact us by mail at [email protected]. 
Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

  • I would like to exchange my jewellery. What should I do?
    Have you received your order and the size or the model is not right for you? 
You have a period of 30 days following reception of your package to make an exchange request.

First, write to [email protected] and detail: 
- your order reference number;
- the first name and the surname of the person who made the order;
- the type of exchange to be made (size or model).
We will then send you a detailed returns procedure. 

For every return, it is important to keep the test label attached to the jewellery. Without this label, any exchange may be refused.
As part of your order, you have the right to a free exchange. This right does not include engraved jewellery nor special orders.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

  • How do I look after my jewellery in solid silver and gold?
    To maintain the shine on your jewellery in 18-carat gold and in solid silver, we recommend that you clean them regularly with a special cleaning cloth for gold and silver or with a soft duster soaked in a special gold and silver cleaning product. 
If your jewellery has gone black or there are little impacts in the metal, you can give them a new shine by polishing them. This service is provided in our workshops.
  • My jewellery is broken. Can you repair it?
    To decide if it is possible to repair your jewellery, bring the piece to the shop or contact us by mail at [email protected], including photos of the piece to be repaired. Our workshops and our teams will reply as quickly as possible to find a solution and breath new life into your jewellery.

GIFT CARD

  • How long is my gift card valid for?
    The Eshop gift card is valid for 1 year, counting from when it was issued. It can only be used on our website, www.marc-deloche.com. It can be used once or several times over the year.
